Shipping and Delivery Overview:

We understand how important it is  for you to get the products as soon as possible, so our team will work extra hard to ensure that happens. When you order from Skoolshop,  you should receive your order within 4-5 business days (excludes  Sundays and public holidays). Certain specific products may take upto  8 days due to time taken in arranging for them. How much time a product would take to reach you would be intimated at the time of ordering.

We are also offering Cash on Delivery (COD) in Mumbai only. SkoolShop will be verifying your details (please enter correct contact details) by calling you when a COD order is placed. SkoolShop reserves the right to deliver if verification is not satisfactory or possible.

Are there any delivery charges?

We levy a shipping charge of Rs 40/- on all orders below Rs 200/-. Shipping is FREE for all orders of Rs 200/- and above.

How is the delivery done?

Skoolshop delivers all items using a network of reputed courier and logistic companies.

Apart from the price of the product, are there any additional costs that I would need to pay?

Why are there different delivery times for certain products?

While the majority of the products take between 4-5 business days to reach you, certain specific items will need to be sourced from distant distributors or even need to be imported. These products would take between 8 to 10 days to be delivered.

Does Skoolshop deliver internationally?

Currently we do not deliver outside of India. While you can purchase on the site from any location in the world, at present the shipping address will need to be within India.
